VegCo — Restaurant in Querétaro

We got one meal and then waited 30 minutes for my partners meal to arrive. When we asked the waitress when are food would arrive she kept saying in a moment, which ended up 30 minutes, and she eventually said “no one has brought it yet?”. I would have rather waited for them to bring our meals together or the waitress tell us she made a mistake and forgot to put in our order and bring us something else that could be made faster or give us the option to leave and go somewhere else.

Then… the girl sitting next to us, her food also took forever to arrive and they gave her a free cookie but did not offer us anything. I would rather have gotten the bill and left to go somewhere else or at least come talk to us to make everything right. But no one came to tell us what was happening.

At the end the girl next to us gave us the cookie the server gave her for waiting because she felt bad we waited and they didn’t give us anything, and then the other server explained she was new and that’s why everything was slow which I understand but it would have been nice if someone would have come to talk to us to give us a heads up at the beginning that things were going to take a while and see what we wanted to do so we could decide to stay and wait or go...

Eaten here a few times, which we like to do before reviewing. Not as good as last time 7 mos ago. Beyond hotdog tasted powdery and the bun stale falling apart. The vegan fettuccine was ok but heavily cheese sauced with asparagus but didn't care for the ham substitute. Prob a 3 out of 5 dish. Last time the fries were good, guacamole looked nice that a friend had, hotdog was good that time, and the decked sandwich was tasty. Might be best to try that next time. Love that they are dog friendly. Pricey also for plates but willing to pay more...

Bueno primero si se logro si me hicieron mi hamburguer el precio fue igual me dijeron antes estuvo buena hay te va lo que paso despues me trajeron aguita de jamaica y eso es cosa mia me supo un pelin nose como que no me sabia tanto a jamaica me supo un pelin mas a clavo como a canela como que te agarraba la lengua y la hamburguesa y las papas estan ricas si me la trajeron como le dije con la catsup pepinillos y eso pero las papas y los champis estaban frios un poco mas no estaba como a temperatura no tan caliente. pienso yo que la chica es buena pero se estresa un poco es un poco directa pero bueno en fin le doy 4 porque hay pocos lugares pero si vaya me gustaria que hubiera mas y que piense en los demas ya sabes la sostenibilidad pero se que puede mejorar felicidades por que abrieron otro lugar en centro sur Ps. Mi ama 2 hongos al pastor y 2 de pastor Esta un pelin condimentadon el de soya pastor pero si quiza si le pusieran algun futuro un poco de piña seria muy bien recibido por el publico. Cierro con la gran pasteleria grande si se rescata mucho lo que si les recomendaria es el brownie hay gansito va cambiando como todo pero si esta en la entrada vale la pena darse una vuelta pero si puede mejorar el servicio le echan ganas pienso yo me gaste por todo como...
