Awful experience - not recommended We left during the show Not worth 200$

the show is bad - from the start there is no energy, dancers don't really put up the effort, it s just bland. There is no connection between chorégraphies, it goes from rock to techno to tango to pop- music from 50s/ 60s/70s/80s to modern music. It's just awful, it s a mess, they wanted to do a little bit of everything at once. No pauses in between dances witch means you have no time to relax or breathe or eat. That's normal the food is so bad that they try to entertain you for 2 hours straight. The energy in the room is so low that they try to come in front of you and clap your hands to try have some energy in return. The presenter is also saxophonist Some dancers are also acrobats Some singers are also dancers

food is bad Imposed menu, which means you have no choice but eat what they propose you It is not fresh it is pre cooked. There is no connection line between foods sweety butter with bread as starter Cold raw snaké tuna that was just rubber since it was not fresh 2 little shrimps and for 2 I mean literally 2 Whit a red sauce. Dry pork with a marmalade kind sauce. We left after.

-service is meh Our wine was so bad/ acidic we asked to change it. The waiter made a smurf like he was not happy about it. They changed our wine and we still don't know if it was another bad wine or the same one we had before.

The worst is we left to go eat to the buffet la hacienda of the complex wich is way better in terms of food quality and the food is fresh.

We complained to the spoke person that sells the accès to the restaurant. He sais that he spoke to the managers but they can't do anything about it. So we are - 200$, spent un awful nitgh and they can't do anything about it

Hopefully this will persuade people to go there.

We attended the cabaret dinner show as part of our honeymoon trip and unfortunately, while parts of the experience were enjoyable, the service was lacking.

The food was tasty, though portions were on the smaller side, and the show itself was entertaining. However, the service completely missed the mark, especially considering we had informed the resort ahead of time that we were celebrating our honeymoon and were told we’d have a special table.

When we were seated, we thought the table was fine at first — until we noticed the table right next to us with rose petals and a bottle of wine with a sparkler, clearly meant for a special occasion. The two women seated there looked just as confused as we were when the wine arrived- and they never touched it. My husband mentioned to our server that we might have been given the wrong table, and he said he'd check with the manager — but nothing came of it.

Throughout the show, we barely saw our server. We didn’t receive water refills, and we ended up having to go to the bar ourselves to get drinks. When my husband asked again about our honeymoon accommodations, we got the same vague response, and the server spent most of the evening visibly on his phone in the back.

We really tried to make the most of it, but toward the end of the show when they acknowledged guests celebrating special occasions — anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays — we weren’t mentioned at all. Then at the very last second, they announced "one more" and brought us a dessert plate that said "Happy Birthday Adela" — which wasn’t either of our names and wasn’t even the right occasion.

Don't waste your money here! They bump the price up significantly then offer EVERYONE half of the FALSE price fooling people into thinking it's a promotion. Guests share price information between eachother so they know the resort have a reputation for this. Other guests advised me that they were gifted this event for FREE!! The food is horrible & cold. You are not getting a 'gastronomical' experience at all. There are much better food options in the resort buffet and room service. I'm in the process of raising a dispute with my credit card provider because they have taken my money but in no way delivered the goods & service which they are contractually binded to; they have also ignored to contact me regarding my complaint following multiple emails and messages I've sent them. Very Unprofessional and fast to turn a blind eye when they please. The show was great but I was interrupted many times, busy seeking assistance from the agent 'Michael' regarding the foul food so this was not fully enjoyable for me.
