a nice place for a resort for sure. You need reservations so that you are not stuck in the line for hours. The service is a tad slow but they did a good job getting us started on appetizers and food. We were a party of 10, so a bit of a wait to get going. Sushi was good, miso soup was mediocre and the fish was fresh and very flavorful. They also have a hibachi grill that we tried on a different day. overall, must try!

Our butler told us to make the booking and just add in the comments that we were five. So we did exactly that. We show up, and of course—they say they can’t seat us because it’s only booked for four. Apparently, no one actually reads the comments. And who shows up again? The same useless manager from the steakhouse. And again—no help, no effort, no care. There was also about a 2h wait, a group of 4 was ready around 730, and waited till about 930 to enter, meaning only 30min left of dining. April wasn't even peak season, can't imagine about busy months. The rolls, soups, and mains were real good and well prepared.
