We stopped at this place when a friendly waiter convinced us that their specialty was pasta and almost all the menu is made in house. My girlfriend had the pasta carbonara and I stuck to some tacos. I loved that this was just a block away from the malecón but seemed much more authentic. The food was great and the prices were excellent. I definitely did not leave hungry. Really the only downside was the horseflies! Beware! Just wear lots of bug spray and I am sure you will be fine. If you don't believe me these monsters leave huge welts the size of baseballs on your body. Anyhow I found they primarily come out between 5 to 6.pm... In any case just remember to spray first then definitely try...
