Johnny Rockets — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

Excellent trip to Mexico until our departure at the airport. Arrived early at the airport and stopped by Johnny Rockets for breakfast. After waiting about half hour for the food to be ready the buzzer which was giving to us by the cashier went on. We then approached the attendant with the buzzer to pickup the food and we could no locate the receipt they gave us when we purchased the breakfast. The supervisor Julian insisted that they need the receipt which we could not locate in order to receive the food. They indicated that someone else could have lost the buzzer and then picked up by someone else, Julian would not hand us our food, however with no hesitation or identity verification went ahead and returned our money after I insisted that I bo longer wanted to have the breakfast ordered. Had a bit of a mixed experience here at the Johnny Rockets in Cancun Airport.

While the burger had good flavor to it (with that much grease it had to taste good), the burger meal cost $23.88 usd which I thought was outrageous even for an airport. The fries were not very good, and there was not many of them at all. I figured this would be the fastest and potentially cheapest option in the airport and it still took well over 20 minutes to get the food.

Both the people who took the order and gave me the order were friendly, so the customer service was a plus. Not much to say as far as ambiance goes since it was just open tables in the airport. Next time around I’ll try margaritaville or something, this wasn’t a...

Holy Cheetos!, The most Expensive Burgers in AMERICA!. $25.00 USD per Burger is a rip-off. Jesus Christ!. Plus the women handling the drinks and the orders is not friendly at all, she is cold and unfriendly with customers. She started raising her voice at me for not having my receipt at the moment to pick up our Burger after she called our order number. "I quickly told her not to scold me up" and she stopped right away. She probably forgot that we are customers not inmates. I hope Johnny Rockets train their employees better to treat customers with respect.
