I recently visited a Starbucks outside the main Duty Free area, and I must say, it was an absolutely pleasant surprise! The staff there were incredibly friendly and courteous, making it a standout experience compared to the usual hustle and bustle you might find in other locations.

First off, the coffee was excellent. I’m particular about how my coffee is made, and the baristas here nailed it exactly as I asked. It’s refreshing to see such attention to detail and care for customer preferences.

What really set this Starbucks apart was the service quality. It’s leaps and bounds better than what I’ve experienced in the main Starbucks located in the Duty Free area. The staff’s approachable and helpful attitude made all the difference. They greeted every customer with a smile, and it was evident they were genuinely happy to help, making the whole experience feel more personal and welcoming.

Another huge plus was the shorter queues. Unlike the often long lines at the Duty Free Starbucks, here, the wait time was minimal, which made grabbing a coffee on the go a breeze. This convenience factor alone is a game-changer, especially when you’re in a rush or just not in the mood to deal with crowds.

Got a caramel macchiato and a few other drinks with my family. Overall the baristas aren’t great as all the drinks are off. Besides that. There was a BUG in my drink. I went up and showed them. I asked if I could just get a cake pop instead. Not only cheaper than a macchiato, but easier and less risk of another bug. The guy “Luis” said NO. No remorse for a bug in my drink. I was iffy, but took the drink, I originally ordered it with extra caramel. I told Luis I want it made with extra caramel and he got really upset. As a manger if someone has a bug even near their food. You need to accommodate....

It's like every other Starbucks you've been to with similar menu. They have a panini here that we don't see in the states with chorizo, but I didn't try it. Didn't seem like a good protein to carb ratio. We ordered the standard Carmel frapicino and tasted as expected. The location is at the end of terminal three and the air conditioning is better here than the main part of the airport.
