Starbucks Aeropuerto Cancún T3 PB — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

The worst starbucks I have been to from all aspects. The baristas are very rude and careless about people. They refused to pay using Starbucks app. The place is not clean or hygienic! When I asked for a cup of water while waiting for my order, they refused to give it to me and they said they cannot give water to customers not to waist cups although they gave one to someone else. Instead they asked if I have a my own bottle to get the water which is not hygienic to the people who will use the tap behind me. The drink wasn’t even good but I thought it would be a lost cause to ask them to fix it. Starbucks needs to take a look...

Longest line ever and staff did not understand what kind of milk I was asking for. Worst of all is they do not accept the Starbucks app for payment! If you pay with a card you have to hold up the already long line to sign for the payment. With how busy it was already, it made the wait needlessly long. The drinks were not even good once we finally got them. Does not live up to the Starbucks name at all! Should not be allowed to be called...
