No frills authentic pozole soup. Most people come to Tulum for the fancy restaurants, but this is the good stuff. Outdoor seating no aircon so be prepared to sweat a bit, but it’s worth it. Location is easy to miss if there’s cars parked out front. I eat here at least once a week. I always get the green pozole as it’s special, but it seems the fan favorite is the red. Medium is more than enough to fill you up but if you want something special order a sopa. If there’s 4 of you order a mole chilaquiles to share.
You’ll see lots of locals so you know it’s the good stuff. Also as friendly on the wallet as can be. Service is always fast and super friendly. LUNCH ONLY!! Make sure you don’t miss this...

It is a tiramisu-esque dessert layered with a lemon/like mousse and cookies. As an avid triamisu-maker, this was fundamentally perfect. A great number of small bullet straight layers. I now want their recipe and these cute clay pots they...
