⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm vegan + Medical Medium + gluten-free and mostly fat-free and corn-free.
My way of eating can be hard to maintain while traveling.
Blue Angle has a vegan menu with 12 dishes to choose from 👍🏻
🌮But at the staff at Blu Angle was very helpful and made vegan tacos for me, even though it wasn't at the menu.
The waitress was english speaking and very help and made sure she was right about all my special need by asking in the kitchen 👍🏻
🚫🌾 I made sure that the tacos was gluten-free. The burritos were not gluten-free‼️
If you are eating 100% Medical Medium style, then keep in mind that the tacos are made out of corn flour. Corn is a Medical Medium troublemaker food level 2. At Blue Angel, the tacos weren't double as they most often are, which decreased my corn intake 👍🏻
The tacos came with onions, red bell pepper, carrots, mushrooms and fresh romaine salad on top. It was served with guacamole, pico de gallo and homemade green salsa. It was very delicious, though the green salsa wasn't spicy at all. I'll rate the meal 5⭐ it was beautiful presented, came with guacamole and pico de gallo, and tased great.
My family shared a molcajete to share, served with tacos, and a mango scrim salad.
All meals was delicious and worthy of 5⭐, and the sunset was very pretty and right in from of the restaurant.
The staff was very friendly, and right on spot when we needed them. But they were too fast to take our plates out even though not all of us had finished eating. That left my husband as the only one with a plate, and when he stopped eating for a second to talk to the rest of us, the staff immediately asked if they could take his plate. I gave us a feeling as if they wanted us to leave the restaurant, even though the restaurant was only half full and we ate our food pretty fast. This is why I can only rate the staff 3⭐ and the overall experience 4⭐.
We paid 1800 $MX including tips for 4 main courses and 2 mocktails, an orange juice and a beer.

We made reservations ahead of time and they were well prepared for us. The staff greeted us by name with enthusiasm and we had tasty drinks within minutes. The server split our checks like a pro and knew us by name after the first round - even though we all moved around during our meal.
Our food was cooked to perfection and came in a timely matter - very impressive considering the size of our group!
The live music that night was beyond amazing! She (I'm still trying to find her name) had a soulful voice and each song had our entire group dancing, clapping, and singing along.
Shortly after we got our entrees, the restaurant lost power but that didn't bother anyone! The staff busted out candles and our group added some flashlight ambiance. Somehow the power outage made the evening even better.
Our entire group left feeling like family with full bellies. I cannot recommend this place enough -...
Read moreGreen curry lionfish was terrific. It came with an awesome coconut milk risotto, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes. We also got the avocado salad, which was basically a giant bowl of avocado—maybe 3-4 whole avocados worth! Was delicious with their complimentary homemade salsa and chips. If you don’t get an entree that comes with their asparagus and tomato, try it as a starter or side. My wife loved it.
As for drinks, their pina coladas and mango daiquiris were delicious. The mango is in season right now and made for a naturally juicy and sweet daiquiri.
Lastly, the sunset view and general vibe at this place were just fantastic. The kind of place you want to come back to over and over again. The snorkeling was average, but it’s a nice perk. My wife and I hung out in their hammocks for hours after dinner, listening to live music and watching the crabs. Don’t miss this place, it’s...
