I walked in to enquire about scuba and the team was super welcoming and extremely helpful. Itâs so much easier when you have a well informed discussion. I went in to the dive school knowing I had sufficient (4 additional days) on the island. For novice divers they recommend a short training session in the nearby swimming pool. This was critical for me, since This was my 3rd discovery dive ever and I have had no formal training. From all past dives, The Dune Mexico Cozumel dive center was my best overall experience. My instructor, Mael, was so patient with me, during training and the dive. I felt completely safe and enjoyed the wonderful sightings. Gigantic lobster, Moray eel, Turtle and barracuda sightings were amazing!! I will likely come back for my padi training. I highly recommend the 2 dives package which are boat dives!! Spectacular reefs and you donât feel like getting out...
Read moreI had a great dive with our guide Romina. She went through all the safety briefing and sealive guide in perfect English and good detail. There was one other lady diving with me and so I enjoyed the small, more personal dive group. The only reason I am taking off one star is because it seems the dive boat is a "charter" boat serving many dive companies so when we arrived at the marina with the dive boat there were maybe 15 or more divers on the boat. I would have prefered a small more private dive boat but all the divers spread out quickly and we were not crowded under the water. I would use Dune Divers...

I was so impressed with INMA that I am going to sign up for beginning dicing lessons when she is...
