We absolutely love La Noventa y Tres and the owner Laura! We have now gone for two dinners and will definitely be back for another before we leave. The drinks and food are both delicious and made so much care and attention. When I mentioned that I was vegetarian, we were recommended items and ways that they could be modified to cater to my dietary needs. Laura went above and beyond to make my partner’s birthday so special, to the point we felt like we were part of the family. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family if they come to visit Cozumel!

This little gem is walking distance from our condo, but worth the drive if you are in another area. The restaurant is clean and has nice dining decor. We enjoyed queso fundido (with manchego cheese) and mushrooms as an appetizer. Delicioso! I wasn't super hungry so i had the guacamole appetizer that comes with three rolled tacos with potatoes and chorizo. It was perfect. I had a couple of bites of the salad and that was refreshing and satisfying as well! It's worth a repeat visit!

This was an absolute find. We drove past and had to stop. Immediately it looked like a good spot to eat. The owner was super lovely and the food was incredible. Made with pride and love. We had the guacamole, the quesadillas and the chicken mole. Wow, what a great place for authentic and well priced food full of flavour, its Legit. We will come back here next time we're in Cozumel and recommend to all our friends.

The best restaurant I have ever found in Cozumel. Real Deal Authentic Mexican cuisine!! In a town full of tourists Mexican “traps” with overpriced drinks and pre-made cheap food this is an oasis no to be missed. If you are looking for a meal that is not designed to rip off cruise ship day trippers then you have found it here. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The food was so good, every bite, every morsel was so full of hand made flavor it is hard to describe. The open kitchen was in full display as each component of every dish was hand made with painstaking attention to details. Every tortilla even for the tacos was hand formed pressed and cooked right in front of us. The queso was melted slowly to allow for gentle pull, and infused with tender bites of beef that tasted as if they had been cooked for hours that day. No cheese whiz here, no “Tex-Mex” this is real deal Yucatán Mexican food. You could tell the three chefs cooking had these techniques and recipes passed down to them by at least a few generations. The menu was so authentic that even being from Colorado we all had to google some of the dishes to see what they actually were. The PRICES WERE FANTASTIC! Two families of 4 (8 total) had apps drinks/cocktails (even let the kids get fresh juice smoothies with dinner) and multiple dishes each and with 20% tip left for $130 total. (We spend that on guacamole and apps at most places in Coz) All of us full to the brim, unable to not share each amazing taste and flavor reminiscing as we walked out the open air patio. I never write recommendations, but this place is soooo good I had to share. Go here, great food great, great price and an authentic Mexican...

The finest Mexican food we’ve ever tasted and among the top restaurants we’ve ever dined at. They have a real chef with both long experience and culinary school credentials. First time we dined from the menu. Two gluten free members of our party had enchiladas - with verde and mole sauce. Both said they were finally satisfied with a good meal. We came back twice more with catches from our fishing trips with the prior permission of the restaurant. And we let the chef go within the dietary restrictions. He made multiple preparations with accompanying side dishes. Magnificent. New flavors never imagined and old flavors greatly intensified. Staff is like a family to each other. Absolutely gracious but not obsequious and made it clear what times would work for a special feast and when fish needed to be delivered. They are proud of what they do. Lastly check out the artful depiction of the feathered serpent that covers the wall. As the sun sets it is illuminated by the red glow in a way that...

Absolutely delicious hidden gem! Had the daily special aguachiles- best I have EVER had! Had a sope (delicious) and guacamole (soooo fresh and perfect with a side of chips and AMAZING -and spicy- salsa) and tried the Jamaica juice, the tamarind margarita and a Paloma all soo great and wonderful!

Staff was friendly and was playing some great top 40 Mexican hits, lots of bad bunny etc for the mood!

What a great stop and it made our short time in from a cruise ship port soooooo much better!!

Would have loved to have stayed in Cozumel longer just to go here again! I would reccomend it to EVERYONE!!

I’m gonna try to make that chile de Arbol salsa! It was so fresh and like nothing...
