El Rincón Caribeño — Restaurant in San Miguel de Cozumel

My wife and I had a fabulous lunch here last week. We shared an amazing grilled crab. It was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. It was huge, so we had a coupledom beers and a very nice bottle of wine with it. Every part of the meal was excellent and the service couldn’t have been better. The waiters were super friendly and attentive. All of this in a beautiful ocean-side setting. When the bill came, we thought they must have left something off as it was far less than we expected. We will back to El Rincón Caribeño as soon as we get back to Cozumel! ...

Very laid back little place. Had drinks, beers were cheap (30 pesos), and the staff was very fast and friendly. Right next to the restaurant there is a great free (!) spot for snorkeling, not that common in Cozumel. You can also go without eating at the restaurant, but if you want a chair, some shade, a drink and nobody hassling you about day passes, I'd recommend going to el Rincon. Restaurant doesn't have a restroom, but there are very clean public restrooms just...

Had breakfast (takeout) here, was very good. They were just opening up and putting out tables but were happy to get started on chilaquiles rojas and huevos rancheros to go. Would have tried them for dinner but the dinner menu is almost all seafood and I am allergic.
