Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Sinaloa

I have been to this Carl's Jr several time before and it has been like any other C.J. but the last time I was there I ordered a chicken club , famous star and several other sandwiches. The chicken club was like trying to eat plastic and my sister in-law has the burger and she had a finger nail inside her sandwich. We enjoyed this location when we first started visiting but it has become a place of contention for us these last 3 times we visited. Employees spend more time talking and goofing off with each other or on their phones than paying attention to orders. It should not take 15 minutes to get loaded burritos, but it does, even when only 2 other customers and no drive-through vehicles. Food quality has gone downhill also. Had the Philly big Angus double burger with a large combo. The burger was great. The fries were not hot or fresh by a long shot.
