We have been here to eat many times, Beware of the bill ( sneaky people) I got charged for 2 extra tacos and 2 drinks that we didn't order, the customer service is very poor ,took for ever ( 25 minutes) for 6 tacos, when they brought our order it was incorrect and the server (stocky young man with a tatoo and many piercings on his ears, Jorge is his name) wanted to argue first before he could fix it ,it took him another 10 minutes to fix it (wrong tortillas was the problem), when I went to pay I told him about the extra food that wasn't mine and it was on my bill ( never gave me a receipt),he didn't like it and argued with my wife and me again, I paid for the extra food that (We just wanted to leave) I didn't order and expressed our disappointment, to our surprise the other young server guy (stocky taller young man idk his name ) from the hotdogs cart came toward us and also argued with us very disrespectfully ,rude ( to a point that I felt he wanted to fight with us) and had no clue about good customer service. We have come here to eat with a large group (over 24 people) Our group is part of a large service project of volunteers from Arizona giving toys to over 4000 to the most vulnerable children of the Sonoran border during this Christmas season. We all were tired with children and hungry after a long day of service, I don't think We would ever come back to this place again. The owner of Asadero Kino needs to train better his young prideful servers that have no clue that customer service is always a must for...

Edit: Our bill was not itemized and we gave our waiter the benefit of the doubt that the total was correct. When we got our bill they only gave us two totals, one in pesos and one in USD as it was obvious to them we were tourists and they took advantage of that. It was not until we arrived at our hotel that we did the math and realized that we were overcharged. We will not be returning to fight over stolen pesos but we will be warning others about this...
Read moreThis is a hidden gem. For the foodies out there, this is “The Bear” of puerto penasco. It might belong to abuela, but behind it is Chef Jorge Sanabria, who trained at the fine dining resto Alcalde in Guadalajara. You can taste the next level in the smokiness of the ribs and the brightness of the guacamole. And you’ll feel the professional kitchen vibes in the way the staff moves and the tidiness of the salsa bar. It looks like a regular taco place but it isn’t. You have to go.
PS. Bill was itemized and correct. I didn’t get bothered for having water with...
