The atmosphere is so welcoming and the owner is so kind. My girlfriend and saw the pictures of the food online and decided to dine here on New Years Eve. The experience was fantastic.
We couldn’t get over how fresh the food is and how good it tastes. The mole sauce was easily one of the best sauces I’ve ever had in my life. I should’ve asked if they sell that by the bottle.
We also got to taste a couple of Mezcal samples. One, I believe was passion fruit which was good but you could still tell it was an alcoholic drink. However the other drink was jamaica and…. Boyyyy that stuff was delicious and dangerous. It was perfectly mildly sweet and smooth with no bitter aftertaste. If she hadn’t told me it was alcohol, I wouldn’t have known.
The owner was also very attentive and friendly and we enjoyed being able to connect with her. It’s clear she loves what she does and that definitely help set the time for the whole experience.
The food does take a while, but it is cooked from scratch and absolutely worth the wait. I didn’t feel it took that long considering it was clearly fresh off the stove when it hit the table in front of me. If you’re thinking about eating here, I recommend you do. You won’t be...

If the Ole Mole menu isn't extensive enough, Owner-Chef Cindi will adjust preparations to accommodate just about any dietary needs.
My personal (vegetarian) favorites include Nachos Grande, Chile Relleno, Chilaquiles, and Chimichanga.

The Mole was fantastic - went a bit “gringo” style and asked for a side of Mole to turn the chicken Chimichangas into wet style Mole chimis. So glad I did. A generous portion of Mole was provided and it was the best I’ve ever had. So much flavor and perfectly balanced. Even without this addition the chimis in their own were incredible.
Two meals and two drinks and we walked out for about ~$40 USD, will definitely be back every time I’m in town, if not multiple times per trip.
Also worth noting the service was fantastic and the owners (met Cindy) were on site and checked in with all...
