Free shots to all as a hook to bring you in.... Place is over priced as all restaurants and shops along the strip as if we were in the states, this place is cool because prices on menu as other places around penasco don't show. We ate, we drank and had to remind them about the free shots (embarrasing asking for something that was promised) The bill came and noticed we were charged a 10% for bar charges. Asked if it was the waiters tip included but said it's the bars tip that his was not included. After the brief moment Agreed on to pay, gave my credit card and they told me that there credit card machine is down.... Weird because the previous day the restaurant next door did me the same, seems like there is a pattern, probably skimmimg the owners of the establishment. Would not go again just because of the percentage added to our bill, Over priced food and service Ok food, ok service, great view though but hidden...

View from the 2nd floor patio is great if the weather allows you to sit outside, besides that there’s nothing inviting about this establishment. Waiter was nice, offered to do what he could when they didn’t have coffee or horchata on the breakfast menu. We (party of 5) waited 20+ minutes for drinks to come out, and have since been waiting an additional 30 minutes for 2 stacks of pancakes, 1 bean + cheese burrito, and 1 bacon omelet. Waiter only came by twice to see if we needed anything. After an hour wait they ended up bringing me the wrong food and then had to waiting again because there wasn’t any cutlery at the table. Considering it was basic breakfast, the flavor of the food was good. But not worth 1hour + of a wait. Won’t be returning for food, breakfast is definitely not their forte. They need to hire more waiters. Ours was ruining everywhere forgetting everything all the time. When part 1 of the food arrived orders were wrong another part was missing. When part 2 arrived again some of the orders were missing and still no ketchup or limes. The server arrived with ketchup and some of the missing orders. But still the main person, my mom, was still waiting for her pescado frito. The waiter always nice and apologizing, we told him it wasn't he's fault. The cooks in the back even tried to blame him he had already taken the food to the table. My brother went 2 the restroom and heard a guy cursing at the staff.
