Do to an accident police close the road and we were not able to go to scorpion Bay as we usually go there the police send all trafic to road 87 that took us to Malecon but before I pay and enter to the place I ask the person encharge if we where on to be able to drive down to get close to the water like in scorpion bay she said yes you will the was a lay we were driving around and is just for boats 🚢 and I wasn't the only one there was like 100+cars doing the same thing trying to get close to the water I don't khow if they were doing that to make extra money but why laying to people even I went back 3 times to ask wish road I have to take to get close to the water and the last time she told me that I have to walk and there weren't way to go down to the water by car that I have to park and walk and there's noy way to...

I was here with my wife and family on 4/17/4025. It was a little strange that the city letters weren't hear. I also didn't understand why a Governor from Texas and New Mexico were honored with plaques at the bottom of the pillars. Overall the area was decently clean considering all the foot traffic. It seemed reasonably safe but you still need to pay attention. There were lots of aggressive street vendors trying to herd you into their establishment or to buy junk you don't need.
