McDonald's — Restaurant in Sonora

If I could award this McDonald's zero stars, I would most certainly do that. It's full of some of the most incompetent people I've ever met in my life. We went through the drive-thru today and my wife wanted a low calorie burger. She explained that instead of making the burger between two buns, instead you just use lettuce. The girl that was taking our order literally told her that they can't do that. Meanwhile it's a known thing at any fast food restaurant that makes burgers, that you can make a low calorie burger for anybody that asks for it. Zero stars for horrible incompetent...

Great place, service bad they had a guy in the counter by himself preparing the orders doing everything, in the back of the kitchen there was a bunch of employees talking and playing between them, the poor guy in the front doing everything. This place lacks a manager the person that I think it's the manager is to young and doesn't have any responsibility or any authority He is always in the back and I heard them talk back to Him when He asks them to do anything. I should have known not to eat here but I haven't had a McDonalds breakfast in many years. To start with they got the order wrong. Secondly the eggs were burned dark brown. The service was slower than pond water. I don't know what it is about Mexican fast food places, but they don't or can't seem to be able to run efficiently. 20 minutes to get an order when there is only 2 people ahead of you in line is not fast...
