50 Friends — Restaurant in State of Mexico

When we arrived they asked if it was my birthday or anniversary? I said no but since my mom doesn't speak Spanish I asked them to embarrass her. Without a blink of an eye they said follow me.

After having a couple of great strong drinks, I totally forget but they didn't. They started playing birthday music and brought out some great chocolate pizza with bananas and strawberries. It was so funny 🤣.

I want to say thank you to Giss and Viviana for making a great night.

The food is as good as...

I am very dissatisfied with the place. We waited to be attended for more than 30 minutes. Other guests were accommodated next to us and the server attended them before us (after just 10 minutes wait). I would like to review the food and experience, but it was non-existent. Save yourself and find a better place, there are other better options. If you crave for Italian, go to the ‘other’ Italian restaurant at the same mall, better service with good food. Que pésimo servicio hay aquí, en primera me ponen al muchacho que están entrenando y frente a mi enseñándole a usar los tenedores, yo mientras observando cómo no pueden servir mi platillo porque el manosea los cubiertos con los que me va a servir, hasta que le tuve que decir a la mesera que estaba junto a él “por favor ya sírvanme…”, lo que pedí es un queso provolone y le tomo la foto para que me ubiquen porque no estuvo bien que llamamos al gerente y este vino solo para decirles “no le gustan las olivas”… y yo escuchándolo, que mal servicio, nada que ver con otros 50 friends

Al terminar de comer el gerente se acercó y amablemente me ofreció no cobrarme la cuenta por el incidente, no lo acepté, lo agradecí, pero si lo publiqué es para que haya una mejora en el servicio, el entrenamiento puede ser antes de venir con el cliente y buscando ayudar al muchacho no avergonzarlo frente al comensal, y revisar que los alimentos lo estén salados o cocidos de más, ojalá lo mejoren, espero...
