Suntory Interlomas — Restaurant in State of Mexico

We were introduced to Suntory by some friends while visiting Mexico City , one of the best gastronomic cities of North America, for us it was the first time we went. We were beyond impressed at the quality of service and food , it was a great experience, right from the valet to the table, people welcome you with smiles shining through their masks. I love the Suntory chain. It is excellent quality. The best thing to get here is the tasting menu complete with sushi, appetizers, veggies, fried rice, beef rolls, cappuccino/tea and ice cream. Professional chef prepared table side. It is located inside the mall so afterwards I enjoyed walking around the mall :-) highly recommend this inter lomas location. Fui un martes a cenar con mi esposa y tuve una de las peores experiencias que he tenido, he visitado el Suntory en repetidas ocasiones y cada vez está peor. Estaban saturados, nos sentaron en el bar lo cual me parece muy bien, tardaron 20 minutos en traer una carta, por fin cuando tomaron la orden la cual consistía solamente en 3 platillos desaparecieron los meseros durante 40 minutos A los 45 minutos recibimos un rollo, ya muy molestos decidimos comerlo, cancelar el resto de la orden y retirarnos. Pedimos hablar con un capitán, el cual caminaba y nos daba la espalda mientras tratábamos de hablarle.

Todos culpan que la cocina estaba saturada, como si no saben a cuánta gente pueden recibir, dejen de llenar las mesas y atiendan a su gente como se debe.
