Sushi Roll — Restaurant in State of Mexico

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND DIGNITY HERE If you really love sushi this place is one of the best, but at the cost of the worst customer service in Mexico. I've been here 15+ times and only 2 times I felt welcome. I'd like to demand this place for the extremely poor service: Have available tables, won't allow me to seat Have waited 50min for my order, waitress yelled at me saying it was alright Was forced to buy only delivery, 2x1 negated Had to ask 3 times to the frontdesk to send me a waiter Willing to have delivery, took 1 hour and 5 people after me got their order first because they ate inside I went only with my wife, the full table next to me had everything before us

Wrapping up just save yourself a bad time and go to another place, it's not worth it.

Other options: Japanese food places (not inside the Mall): Sushiito (any branch, specially Leona Vicario branch, they have the Tennpayaki grill) Sushi yens Moshi Moshi

Non-japanese food options: Liverpool last floor inside the mall has great options. Wingstop at Carranza (the best customer service of the city) El Carboncito (1st best tacos and customer service in the whole city) Rancheros del Sur (any branch)

El día de hoy asistí con mi familia a comer al restaurante de Galerias Toluca, 5 adultos y 4 niños. Dos de los niños no gustan de este tipo de comida y mi esposo acudió a comprar unos tacos de carne.

Toda mi familia, sentados en la mesa, comiendo nuestros alimentos y bebidas, disfrutando y conviviendo, fuimos visitados por aparentémente un mesero, quien después supimos era el gerente. Nos dijo de manera repetida que no podían comer mis niños algo que no fuera provisto por ellos. Todos teníamos hambre, y le pregunté que si tenía que salirme para que mi hijo comiera, a lo que me contestó que cómo quisiera e insistió en su indicación. Minutos después llegó otra chica dándonos la misma indicación, le dije que ya nos habían dicho. Nuevamente vino el gerente, el cual nunca se presentó. Solo llegó a “ordenar” ya de una manera poco respetuosa que no podíamos consumir alimentos de otro lugar.

Le dije: que nos permitiera comer a gusto y aferrado a su indicación, mi hermana le dijo que si estaba en ese plan que mejor nos íbamos, a lo que él respondió: “pues como quieran”… mi hermana le dijo, pues entonces que? Nos vamos sin pagar! Y nuevamente respondió: “pues como quieran”, el señor estaba en un plan tan soberbió y prepotente que hasta hizo que mi estómago se revolviera.

Nos levantamos de la mesa, dejando iniciados nuestros alimentos porque el gerente no supo a manejar una situación de una manera inteligente. Ofrecer alguna opción para que mis niños comieran, invitarnos a que en una próxima visita evitáramos llevar otros alimentos, ofrecernos algún plato para que el taco de mi hijo se “disimulara”… En cambio, con una mente “cerrada y sin saber tener empatía,...

Food is good, service was very welcoming, but the main issue is that they do not have a printed menu and the online menu wasn't working on our iPhones and only worked on one Android phone, so if you don't have an android phone, you're out of luck. Staff was friendly but could not offer a solution to this problem.
