La Quercia Ristorante — Restaurant in Tequisquiapan

The pizza was absolutely dreadful, it was such a delight to rant about it on this miniblog, we ordered two, I was first of all, upset. I'm upset. Each of the pizzas was 170 pesos and I'm sure they got it from the nearest Oxxo for 30 pesos, plus the cost of electricity on the fridge, I would guess that their profit was negative, I'm sure their restaurant must be very short on resources at the moment and maybe some poor life decisions have been made along the way and, I get it, as a single parent, I've been with both my boys at the local supply store eating low budget and this time I decided to take them for a nice dinner here, but I was terrible mistaken to choose this establishment to invest my Bitcoin on. We also ordered sweet tea which had a perfectly lined division of bubbles and drink which I took a moment to snap a photograph and also a Sprite, that was the only delightful thing we had on our time at this place, right now we're heading to the closest Oxxo which am sure will have a nicer understanding of Italian cuisine. Lamentablemente el día de hoy tuve la mala experiencia de acudir aquí con mi familia. Fuimos al rededor de las 2 pm y recibimos una pésima atención del "mesero" parecía que andaba con prisa, hasta que me di cuenta de que la prisa era que nos fuéramos porque traía a mis niños. ¿Y por qué digo esto? Porque cuando recién llegamos, otro chico nos había aceptado la comanda bien, y nos avisó que tardaría entre 30 y 40 minutos, a lo cual no tuvimos problema, hasta que llegó este sujeto a decirnos que ya no había. Casualmente los platos que tardaban más "no había". Segundo, la calidad de los alimentos PÉSIMA. Si se dice ser un restaurante italiano, yo espero que la pasta sea fresca, no Barilla, para pasta Barilla voy a una fonda. La salsa de tomate de la pizza, insípida y en general de mal sabor. Pedí una pasta carbonara y realmente sabía a pimienta, más que a lo que tenía que saber, y la salsa, cortada. Pedí unos ravioles en igualmente SALSA CORTADA. OBVIAMENTE no nos ofrecieron vino, llegando luego luego nos quitaron las copas y ni el intento de ofrecernos algo. Las presentaciones de la comida dejan mucho que desear.

En fin, mala experiencia, meseros groseros, comida de fonda y mal...

I don't often use idioms but "hands down" this is the best consistently delicious Italian restaurant in Tequisquiapan. We've been coming here for 14 years and are grateful that this restaurant has staying power. I love the risotto, everything is well prepared and tasty. Great pizza, pasta dishes and wonderful salads. You must go and see...
