5 stars for our server, 3 stars for cleanliness (positive is that they disinfect your table in front of you, negative is silverware and dishes had dried-on food), and finally we chose a menu item that included three meats. The menu clearly states that you can choose your three meats (with only three meats to choose from). When we chose two of one item and one of the other we were told we can only have one of each meat. Ordered the promo chicken sandwhich on Rappi. Absolutely the worst chicken sandwhich of all time. It’s not even a chicken sandwhich, you can’t bite through or chew the chicken, which is almost nonexistent anyway, it’s really just a hard piece of fried breading. Any fast food chicken sandwhich from anywhere, would be better than this. Chilis should be absolutely ashamed to serve...

No tienen la terraza de arriba acondicionada, tuve una reunión familiar y no hay tv ni música, el servicio bien, pero les falta que coordinen bien ya que no me dijeron en un principio que se tenía que pagar descorche por ingresar un pastel, y un pago de 300 q no recuerdo de q .. Desde el primer momento pregunte si pagaba un apartado o algo...y no se me indicó nada..y después fui 2 veces más..y nada..los alimentos una amiga se quejo de la porción y q estaba frío, mis alitas varias estaban crudas y muy pellejudas cómo si les faltara freir ..al final iba a decir...pero como estaba con la reunión lo olvide ( dejé ahí varias ..para q vieran lo rosado q se veía x dentro pero ya cuándo ví recogieron los platos) Luego me exigieron el 10% de la propina Etc .
