Las Alitas Costa de Oro — Restaurant in Veracruz

The menu said all of the wing platters come with fries, carrot and celery. After we got our order the waitress told us that the family plate (800g) doesn't and even though the menu doesn't say that, that's the way they have always done it. Asked for the wings with blue cheese, they came with ranch. When we asked the waitress said she forgot they were out of blue cheese and instead of asking us if we wanted something different, she just gave us ranch. Ordered limonada for my son and it tasted horrible, normally the limonada here is really good. Then at the end, all the batteries is all of the credit card terminals was dead so they couldn't bring it to our table. Service was horrible. They took over half an hour just to take my order. They had 4 servers, and all didn't seem to know what they were doing. The manager was just standing there doing nothing. At one point, she would walk in and out of the restaurant. Took another hour to get the food, and once it got to the table, it was cold. I then had to go ask for my bill. Otherwise, it would've been more waiting. I could've probably left without paying, and they wouldn't have noticed. Worst...

Seré muy sincero con ustedes, mi visita fue durante un partido de fútbol, mala idea, el servicio se retrasa mucho durante un evento así, esto debido a la cantidad de clientes. El lugar es informal y familiar, la atención de el personal es (quiero pensar que por el partido) muy lenta y notas al personal algo distraído, en la mayoría del tiempo todos se arremolinan en el área de caja y descuidan mucho a los clientes. SABOR DE LOS ALIMENTOS Los Boneless son lo mejor del restaurante por sobre todas las cosas del Menú. Las Alitas están Normales y nada mas, ALGO IMPORTANTE en mi propia experiencia, las Alitas Select NO se diferencian en nada de las normales, son exactamente iguales para mí eso es mentira. LO MALO DE LOS ALIMENTOS El Famoso "Elotito" es horrible, pareciera que muerdes una esponja, bastante malo. Las costillas son comestibles pero la textura del hueso es desagradable pareciera que está echo de cartón. Muy malo para mí pues gusto de morder hasta el hueso. CONCLUSIÓN Por conocer esta bien pero nada más, si quieres comer realmente Rico existen...
