The hotel from outside is nothing special and it’s really hard to find it at the first time. Even taxi drivers cannot find it so better to call to the reception and ask them to explain how to find’em.||||But inside… it’s something that makes my jaws drop down! When I saw my room I was so impressed! And later one kind woman from the hotel stuff showed me other rooms. It’s all in one style but different colors. My room was purple. Also they have red, yellow, turquoise, blue rooms. All the rooms are big and sunny. The bed is huge, there’re many pillows on it – big and small – for comfy sleep. The bathroom are spacious and all the towels are different colors but according to the color of your room. There’s an air-condition on the wall and it looks like painting.||||They have pool, not big, but I didn’t use that. Good Wi-Fi in a room, lobby and reception area.||||My room rate was with breakfast included and that was really nice that even at 11:00 a.m. I had full breakfast thanks to the guys at the kitchen (Carlos, Leo, Samuel, gracias, chicos!;))). I asked for omlette and they cooked it for me at the moment and didn’t leave me unattended suggesting more hot coffee or hot tea or anything I wanted.||||To take a taxi better ask from the reception or go to the Avilla Camacho Boulevard which is 2 mins away from the hotel at the parallel street because the hotel street is really quiet. Or you can catch a bus on that boulevard to reach the Center of Veracruz or Malecon or the beaches of Boca Del Rio.||||The hotel is very close to the night-life, only 20 pesos by taxi or you can walk a bit.||||The area is very safe at the day and night time.||||Wanna say million thanks to all the stuff of this sweet and lovely place – to the reception girls, maid and the man who was kind to take me to the bank and my special thanks to the guys at the kitchen – 3 angels, love you guys, cannot wait to see you all again! Muchisimas gracias a todos!||||Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. I love the design –...
Read moreI'll try to make this post as complete as possible. The hotel is small, with about 20 rooms. The facility has two swimming pools and a garden which are good to pass the time. The rooms appear to be clean, nevertheless the curtains and the bathroom towels are black (which I personally don't like) and it's hard to tell if they are actually clean.
I think that there are two great downsides to the hotel. First, the kitchen. The kitchen is located right between the rooms and has no ventilation at all! Therefore, the smell gets into the rooms and it's quite bothersome.
The other greatest downside is that there are no elevators at all! The buildings are only three stories tall, but that three stories that you have to carry your suitcase (they don't offer help with the luggage). Also, I think this is important to people traveling with elder people or handicap people who can have difficulties to get up the stairs.
The hotel is not expensive, but it's not cheap either. I think that the service doesn't match up...
Read moreWe booked this hotel because the ones we usually go to had no rooms available. We paid 90$ for the room with breakfast so it was not exactly cheap. At the first glance everything seemed fine. The hotel has only 14 rooms and a nice swimming pool. Being advertised as 'boutique hotel' we were hoping that it was going to be quiet couples mostly affair. We were dead wrong. The place ended up being full of party people and families with small children. There were 4-5 people staying in one room. There is no carpeting and everything is covered with tiles so you can imagine how nicely the sound carried. There was loud music coming from the neighboring estate until 04.00 in the morning. We literally got no sleep. This was, by far, the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. There was no proper security, the internet didn't work half the time and breakfast was nearly all eaten by 09.00 o'clock. All things considered, I would not recommend this hotel to my...
