Our group of ten were in Chelem in November 2022 and we LOVED going to Chelem Grill. By our second time eating there we were greeted with kindness and care and they treated us like they knew each of us forever. The staff immediately took care of us and made sure everything we ordered was good. This quickly became our go to place for a quick meal and cold beer! They were open every-time we went and it became known in our group as the go to place when all other restaurants/bars were closed in the area. This amazing small restaurant has various Hamburguesa y Salchita (sausage/ hot dog) on the menu with charbroiled meat and sides. The chef was very skilled and prepared the best Hamburguesa con queso y tocino ( Classica on Menu) I've had in the Yucatan. The French fries were perfect.
