We asked for a bottle of wine. The waitress showed us two bottles of wine in the 800 Pesos range, which is about double the price another Italian place in El Cujo shows. We selected one. Instead of bringing the bottle of wine, she brought 4 glasses of wine, which for sure did not contain the selected wine. We also had doubts that the hardly half filled 4 glasses were the complete content of the bottle, which she still held hidden somewhere. She then brought a fifth glass, which she claimed is the rest of the wine. We insisted showing us the bottle. She then came with the two unopened bottles, she also had shown us when ordering. She now strangely claimed that the bottles have different volumes, but both were indeed 750ml. We felt entirely fooled. The ravioli with tomatoes for 220 Pesos consisted of a few raviolis from one of the supermarkets. The three pizzas were okay an a bit burnt on the top. The food was good. We had a pizza and the crust was not too thick. The tomato sauce was nice and a great amount of cheese and toppings. We also got the rotini pasta with 3 hours cooked ribs. The flavours were incredible but the meat wasn’t nearly as soft as we expected after being cooked for 3 hours. Definitely needed more time.
The service wasn’t too good. My partners pizza came out 30 minutes before my pasta dish. We decided to share everything and right when we finished the pizza, about 20-30 minutes later, the pasta came out.
I think the server may have been having a bad night. He didn’t look very happy - we all have off nights!

Read moreEnglish is not spoken well, but you can communicate somewhat with the owner operator. The selection was good. The pizza looked amazing. I was hungry for some meat and ordered the Sirloin steak. It was done perfectly, the presentation was top knotch, regretfully the piece was very tough and grisly. It's not very surprising for a 12 dollar steak. I would probably avoid the sirloin. On the other hand, the ahi tuna was spectacular. The pasta and pizza being eaten around us looked fantastic. I am definitely trying the pizza next time I'm here...
