Visiting El Cuyo from the U.S., the food here is not what we expected! We think this place may offer very authentic Mexican food when we are used to “Tex-Mex.” It was still very good, prices fair. We absolutely loved the margaritas and the outdoor atmosphere. This place was always open as advertised, which we really appreciated as many restaurants in El Cuyo just aren’t open consistently. The service also top notch and the waiters were very friendly and patient while we read the menu in Spanish. Highly recommend even for foreigners.
