Naia in El Cuyo has been a staple for me every time I visit, and it never disappoints. Yesterday’s breakfast was simply lovely, as always. The service is fantastic, and the food is consistently delicious and thoughtful, which is rare these days.
The place is immaculate, with a clean and inviting atmosphere. The coffee is great—so good that we couldn’t resist ordering a second cappuccino. Their chilaquiles are a must-try. I also appreciate the thoughtful touches, like the ample fans that keep the air fresh and circulating, making it comfortable even on warm days or when mosquitoes are around.
One special detail that really stood out was how they accommodated us with our dog. We walked there with her off-leash and noticed they had a sign requiring dogs to be leashed. I was about to head back to grab a leash when the staff kindly offered us an extra one they keep on hand for such situations. It’s a small gesture, but it shows how much they care about their guests’ experience. It’s touches like this that make Naia special and keep me coming back year after year.
Despite the place always being full, the service remains perfect, and the staff are probably the kindest I’ve encountered in a long time. Naia is truly a gem in El Cuyo, and I can’t...

Read moreWe have eaten here many times during our 3 week stay in el cuyo and ca say we tried probably the whole menu.
Coffee is good, Hugo verde is very good and my favourite is cacao smoothie. I like all egg dishes and we tried the banana pancake as well. Damon with zucchini noodles also very tasty.
The prices are higher than average but that’s how it goes when you want to eat in more atmospheric cafes than traditional Mexican.
It gets very busy in mornings so if you don’t go right around 8-8.30 it’s full and you have to wait.
The staff is nice. The service is quite slow though. Many times we waited over 30 min for our dishes and one time even close to an hour. It seems challenging to keep up with demand and stay organized. We experienced some confusions with orders. They accept credit cards.
Overall pleasant cafe with good food and drinks. Shame it...
