They told us to wait 45 minutes for our food, and we waited for almost two hours, not only that, but when the food is ready, they don't bring it to us, they just stand there, doing god knows what. You ask for something and they don't bring it, or they take minutes to bring it, not two or five minutes, at least twenty minutes, for a simple glass with ice, or even for a drink. We had a glass with flies inside of it, and no one came to pick it up. We asked for a simple glass with ice, and we got to get up to get the ice ourselves, they never brought it to us. We ask for something and they brought another thing! One that we never asked for, and they did it almost twenty minutes after we asked! And they stand there, it looks like they're fighting or arguing with each other, while the customer stands there, or sits there, waiting for the waiter to come. And they took 41 seconds in bringing the check! They can't even bring the order in time, but they sure can give you you're check in less than a minute! And they even dared to ask for a tip! After making us wait for so long. It's honestly one of the worst services...
Read moreFood prices have gone up and quality has gone down. The restuarant was always a bit dirty so I preffered to order to go rather than eat in. At first ordering to go was fine, but lately the food arrives over an hour late and cold. God forbid you order a drink, they will charge you but won't deliver the drink. Today we ordered and it showed up 1hr and 15 minutes late. The guacemole was brown and fried food cold. There was zero flavor to the chicken, it was dry and chips were stale and hard. When I told the delivery gal to take it back she looks at me dumbfounded and said "we are busy", then don't offer delivery if you're too busy. That's an excuse to permit lazy service. In restuarant service is subpar and either way it will be a long wait for the food but at least if you wait over an hour there your food will eventually arrive and...
Read moreThis place is a hidden gem in El Cuyo. Place is very clean, surprisingly no flies. The ladies bathroom impeccable. The variety of the menu is appreciated, as many of the other restaurants only have seafood. We ordered an American style coffee, it was delicious. Coctel de camarón excellent flavor. Empanadas de carne molida and Quesadilla also very good. Camarones a la diabla (evil shrimp) was good, the only complain is that the shrimp was very small, but the portion was generous. The fried fish was also delicious. I also want to mention that they have delivery service. Overall a very pleasant experience, truly...
