I had an unpleasant experience at the winter terrace. We were prevented from moving around inside, and when we asked for explanations, the person who introduced themselves as the administrator did not provide clear reasons and refused to give us any details. Although the place is intended for public use, we were treated with disrespect and unprofessionalism.
