Brussels Belgian Beer Cafe — Restaurant in Ulaanbaatar

I went there with my husband on last sunday, we sat inside and we ordered drink and food , for food was OK, even we waited around 1 hour(restaurant was not full , have 2 tables when we are there) ,for drink my husband ordered aperol spritz , it's horrible aperol spritz we have ever try , it's no any taste feel only water from ice(my husband just take one sip as he already know this drink is not good from the color is very light as you can see from the picture), bartender should seriously improve how to make the drink better

so we had the drink not touching on table for 30 minutes no any waitress come to asked and checked then we ordered 1 bottle of Moscato and we informed to the waitress the aperol spritz was not nice it's no any taste(it's actually disgusting) you can take it back So the waitress take it back and didn't do nothing for the drink also manager sat there beside the bar with the glass of wine didn't care anything at all (but I'm not sure the waitress informed this drink issue to the manager or not)

In the end when we asked for the bill it's surprised us because they didn't take out the aperol spritz from the bill , so we just pay the bill , it's not about money but it's about lack of hospitality and good customer service

This menu is on average one-fold more expensive than other places in the city, and as such, we would expect a flawless service and experience. We were traveling as a group of four adults and ordered four sirloin steaks, beer, and a plate of nachos between us. The food took a while to arrive. It was decent overall, though we found the nachos to be rather mediocre. The service is quite poor for such an established and well-reputed restaurant. It is difficult to focus on your food when one member of your party inexplicably receives their food twenty minutes later than everyone else, and when the orders are mixed up (we never ordered a “medium-rare”steak, for example). In addition, the waiter took over thirty minutes after taking our order to inform us the pork dish we ordered was no longer available. Management needs to step in and do something now as the current price-service (ease of mind) ratio doesn’t make...

Terrible service. Our order was taken promptly. However, our food took nearly two hours to arrive when the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. The servers keep promising it would be ready “soon”. When the food finally arrived, one order was incorrect (asked for no mayonnaise but it came with mayonnaise) and the staff said it would take 30 minutes to fix it! We asked to speak to a manager and we were told there was no manager on duty. Turns out the man we saw walking back and forth to the kitchen frequently was another patron asking where his food was.

In addition, much of the food was not exactly as described on the menu. The bone marrow was supposed to come with onion jam but came with bacon. The burger had no mention of sauce on the menu, but the bottom bun was covered in mayo and the top bun had another type of burger sauce. They were out of several beers on the menu. Overall, I would not recommend...
