Been here countless times good wine, delicious cocktails, and good food. But last night I was very, very disappointed on the waitress. We ordered appetizers and few drinks and asked for blankets. By that time when we got our second drinks it was getting cool outside so I called the waitress to ask about the blankets and she said ‘no we can’t give you blankets because we just took your last orders’ and walked away before i could even explain to her that we asked for it long before our final orders, and our orders weren’t here yet. I called her several time when she was passing by and she literally said ‘No’ and passed by my table. Not a good way of representing this great place. Sad that I wont be coming back anytime soon and not as often as before. There should be manners training at this place. This place part of a 5star hotel and it should represent the place all together. The services should be good not only in the lobby it should be everywhere in the whole building since it’s under a one name.

Read moreNaadam Bar is a visually impressive venue within the beautiful Shangri-La property. The space itself is stylish and comfortable, and the happy hour specials offer excellent value with a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices.
However, the service left much to be desired. Despite several staff members being present, it was difficult to get their attention. They often seemed more engaged in chatting with one another than attending to guests. This lack of attentiveness was disappointing and took away from what could have been a much better experience.
The food was just okay. Some items arrived cold, and condiments we asked for were forgotten. While the menu has potential, the execution didn’t quite deliver.
Naadam has a lot going for it in terms of location, design, and pricing, but the staff would benefit greatly from more training in hospitality and attentiveness. With stronger service, this could easily become one of the standout spots...
Read moreWe had booked our table well in advance to celebrate a special occasion with friends. Some of us dressed casually in jeans and t-shirts to feel comfortable—nothing inappropriate—but from the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with disrespect.
We ordered a few drinks and were enjoying our time. Before the food arrived, the manager asked us to switch tables, then suddenly said there were no other tables available. It was confusing and humiliating.
Right after that, the food was served. But after being treated so poorly, none of us touched it. We told them we were willing to pay for the drinks, but not the untouched food. Still, they insisted we pay for everything.
We paid—just to walk away from the disrespect. Absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this place...
