Caffe Bene — Restaurant in Ulaanbaatar

The atmosphere of this location is disappointing. The AC wasn’t working during my visit, making it feel uncomfortably hot—almost like sitting outside in the summer. Combined with loud music and a crowded space, it’s far from an ideal environment for studying or working.

The service also left a lot to be desired, especially from the baristas. They didn’t serve customers properly, tables were left uncleaned, and when I asked them to refill the public water bottle, they refused.

While the food and coffee are good, as you’d expect from any Cafe Bene, a café’s appeal depends heavily on its atmosphere and service—both of which were lacking here. I wouldn’t recommend this branch for studying or working unless you bring your own headphones and maybe even a...
