Went there on weekend for dinner and the place was busy. If the restaurant is full normally staff would let you know they cannot serve food. Tried to order at the counter they said someone will come to the table and take the order. Waited for 40 mins approx with no one turning up. Went to the counter again since the kids were hungry the answer was “kitchen is full now, cannot take anymore orders”. Such pathetic service I would say. If you open a shop you expect people to come there and spend money and if you don’t have the courtesy to acknowledge the customer might as well close the damn thing. Read moreThe pizza was excellent, but the same cannot be said about the waiters. After dinner I asked them to pay, paid the bill and left. After driving for a while, I realized that I had somehow underpaid and that the waiter had forgotten to bill something. Out of my good will, I returned to correct their mistake and was told that I had not paid at all. The argument started for about 10 minutes, only when I appealed to them to show me the bills on the computer, then by some miracle they suddenly remembered that I had paid. Service: The girl was working ALONE and expected to serve the whole pizzeria. There’s a lot of tables, so the service was slow. However she appologised, and was very kind dispite the fact she had to serve much more tables then normally. We were very happy with how she managed it.
I usually don’t support business owners who don’t treat their staff well, so probably would not come back, although the food was ok.
