Zero was not available for customer service. Arrived at the restaurant with a party of 6. Several tables were free for 4 persons scattered around. Asked if they could combine 2 tables for our party for breakfast and drinks. Server and manager said no it’s against policy? The tables and chairs are moved nightly anyhow as the furniture is simple patio style - nothing fancy. No idea why the manager/restaurant policy is not to move or combine tables. I guess if you have a party of 5+ look elsewhere. Manager was on the phone and seemed irritated that a customer service issue arrived and disrupted her personal call. We were waiting for our food to get ready for almost an hour (even though it was just pancakes), the price on bill was not the same as in menu (waiter refused to change bill). There was no menu position that I ordered, so I ordered other dish (which was cheaper) and the waiter forgot to change it in the bill. The food itself was not disgusting, but not good at all either. We did not finish our food and asked waiter for a discount. Of course he refused to give it and instead shoved a payment terminal at me. Read moreThey used to have great food and customer service. This time around the customer service is extremely unhelpful and I cannot speak of the food as i didnt manage to order. Here's what happened: As modern times require they only have Qr Codes to look at the menu. This menu wouldn't scan on my phone so I asked if they have paper menu which they didn't. Then i asked for the waiter to lend me a phone where i can see it, he wouldn't. Then I asked if they are able to tell me some items on the menu which they were unable to. They said not all phones are able to scan the menu and they're aware of it so I asked if the manager was aware of it too to which they replied yes but nothing they can do.
