Parapet Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Bar

As a demanding person my review will be biased. To 80% of the people Parapet will be just fine. Not for me. Pizza was not cooked well. Just a lake of cheese on a bread. Nothing more. Nothing less. I ordered lignie na zaru, but they were not hot/fried/grilled enough. I understand they are frozen (not fresh obviously), but why not to grill them more? Why not to make them a bit crispy? To me they were kind of steam cooked or boiled. Aperol Spritz? Nah, so so. And an onion in a Greek salad that I had to clean myself was a cherry on top. And don't forget, average waiting time (for ordering or pay the bill) is around 10-15 minutes. For food to come may vary. Once I was sitting around 50-60 minutes. Once around 30 minutes. Two times I went to the cashier desk myself to pay and go. If you're hungry and everything else around is closed? - go for it, otherwise skip. And don't not order French fries. waited for an hour, the service was barely existent. the waiter was not rude, but extremely passive. people who ordered their food much later (30mins) than us and got their food in 15mins or so though they ordred the same food as us (pasta and pizza). mind you when we firsh sat down half of the tables were empty. we got no apology, no explanaition for why had to wait for an hour. if they had an issue with our order, we should have been informed cause an hour wait is ridculous when no one else had to wait for so long. the pasta was bland (pizza quite good), got our stomachs full, which is the main...

We were here once with friends on Friday, we liked everything very much, it was delicious, the wait was not long. Today we decided to go for dinner with my husband, we came around 10 pm, it was fully booked, I understand everything. We sat down at the table, before that we asked the waiter if he was free, to which he answered "yes", after that we waited for about 20-30 minutes for the menu, we waited for the order for about 50 minutes, and they brought us a dish that was not the one we ordered, they changed it for us, but it was terrible, in old oil.
