Berlin Restaurant — Restaurant in Bjeliši

Appeared a pleasant, rustic, old place however rather dirty, too many smokers/smoke inside which I really hate, thought it was illegal in public places??? Sadly lots of garbage laying all around especially the back area where my horrid, damp, smelly room was upstairs. No side lamps, moldy shower, old blanket, cigarette burns/holes in the sheets, the list goes on. Makes me wonder what the state/hygiene of his kitchen was.? I'm actually sorry I had dinner there, thought I'd support Owner & his apparent 7 kids. Worst is He/the Owner was so arrogant & rude to me upon checking out. Left such a bad/sad taste in my mouth of Bar & Montenegro 🇲🇪 all together actually as that was my 1st night/intro to the country. I ain't rushing back! The rest of Balkans, especially Albania has been awesome, clean, friendly people and everything...

We stayed for a night, we approached the Gentleman outsider of booking.com, thinking He won't have to pay the booking.com fee. He was adamant I should pay more than the price suggested on booking.com, and only after I said I will book it though the website, He agreed that we can stay for that suggested price, and told me not to book though the website. Rooms were dirty, bathrooms were filthy, the AC was so loud we had to turn it off and the temperature was unbearable without it. Apart from that, He was very approachable and treated us with homemade rakija. I would not stay here for free again, however I would pay...

A very negative mood for the Ukrainian nation. As soon as we sat down at the table, the owner of the restaurant came up and said "Russians are good, Greeks are good, Ukrainians are not good." Why say such things to a client? And tomorrow what nation will he have bad, Italian, German, Austrian? In general, I do not recommend this restaurant for two reasons:

1. a bad attitude towards you as a client, as a result of a negative mood;
2. the food is not very...
