Burger King Bar — Restaurant in Bjeliši

If I could give them zero stars I would. By far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT RECOMMEND, unless you want people punished. First of all, the place itself is built terribly, it’s so loud inside, sounds linger and it’s overly noisy. Hygiene is below average. Food quality is terrible. There’s a line to wait in line. Upon our arrival which was 5:30 PM on a Wednesday there was a queue of at least 30 people to just order the food. The guy working the register was super slow and looked/acted confused. After paying 22€ for three kids meals, we proceeded to wait for our food to be prepared for OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF. Seems like they are prioritizing drive through, not sure how fast their meals were ready, but at the burger king restaurant at one point there were over 40 means under preparation and none ready, for over an hour. THEY ARE THE SLOWEST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. I dont know what is everyone talking about but as soon as i walked in i was greeted by wonderful workers of this joint. Sanela the lady at the register knew everything there is about the food and her smile left me stunned to the point i didnt notice how long i was waiting for the food. I came at a obvious rush hour and these people handled it better than any fast food would in the west. Guy working with the fries seemed as he was one with the fryer! The grey man was overlooking everything like a general would overlook his army in a victorious conquest. The atmosphere and staff are excellent, except for the fact that they can't always keep up with the timing and, to avoid problems, they mark orders as ready before they actually are, to stay within time limits. However, it's important to note that there clearly aren't enough staff members, and they are doing the best they can with the resources they have. Burger King is affordable and tasty in almost all countries. However, here everything is very tasty, but also very expensive. For the price of a regular burger, you can eat your fill at any cafe and still have food to take away.
