Second: Some employees took food from the buffet for themselves in front of the guests, without considering that priority should be given to those who paid for the meal. This clearly reflected poor organization and management.

Third: At the time of iftar, all staff members left to have their meal, leaving no one available to assist guests or meet their needs. This resulted in chaos and left guests confused with no one to respond to their inquiries or requests.

Fourth: The staff did not inform guests that they could request certain dishes if they were not available at the buffet. Additionally, they did not mention that hot beverages like coffee could be ordered, leading many to assume that only what was displayed was available, with no additional options.

While the Berrycup I purchased was really good, the cashier’s behavior was completely unprofessional. My total was 49 DHS, and I gave 50 DHS. The cashier outright claimed they didn’t have change and expected me to let it go.

Me and everyone I know love GoFrero! They have the best crepes in Rabat, I don't think you can find better. Not too sweet and you can tell they use Belgian chocolate. Their cookies are also my favorites! We love to take the mini pancakes or mini roules crepes to picnics, parties, and iftar. The team is reactive and despite being overwhelmed they stay professional.
