I ordered two drinks — a matcha and a white chocolate mocha — and paid almost 100dh for them. I was expecting quality, but what I got was honestly unacceptable. The matcha was made with some kind of strange-tasting milk that completely ruined the drink, and the so-called “white chocolate mocha” was literally just watered-down coffee with tons of ice. It tasted nothing like what it was supposed to be. Total waste of money.

To make things worse, they didn’t even give me all my change back. When I asked about it, they gave me some weak excuse about not having any change available — as if that makes it okay to short customers.

The whole experience was disappointing from start to finish. Poor quality drinks, shady behavior, and terrible customer service. I definitely do not recommend this place. If you care about your money or your coffee, go...

For an espresso you have to wait much time..!! Two +the supervisor. One client before me waiting for his takeaway... The three of them working on the same order no one on the cashier counter to take my order.!! Suddenly one realized that I was waiting..!? 🤔 🤔 Take my order and payment.. Then waited sometime till i look at him then he went to do my espresso.. Fidnt ask if takeaway or at the place.. Till i make the remark..!? He put the cup and left back to the cahier counter.. Waiting waiting then the supervisor with white tee-shirt realized that the espresso is already ready and I am just waiting for them to weak up and focusing in just one customer.. I guess your staff need more training in customer service... Hope it will sounds in the...

Best vibe if you want to study/work on your computer. The inside area is calm and the music is not too loud either. Clean floors and bathrooms The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I think Starbucks nailed customer service strategy in the sense that each interaction feels personal to the customer's needs in terms of social interaction and order preferences. It does show in the training of the baristas, and it also feels like the baristas enjoy working there as far as I can tell.
