The worst service ever, the staff was not even close to be friendly specially the cashier and our male waiter, for two drinks we had to wait for 45 min though the place was empty when we arrived we ordered two ice coffee caramel witch is 40dh watch, and we were informed while ordering that it will be 60dh because ether is a show and I assumed it was the minimum spent, when we were ready to leave I asked for the bill witch he refused to provide but I insisted, they gave me the first bill with different items tacos and juice (80+40dhs) , I refused to take as it was not what I ordered and it felt like a scam I asked to change it but he refused to talk to me and asked me to go to the cashier , the waiter was wost than the waiter and she was sooooo rude no matter what I explained to her she had not even the standerd skills for a customer service representative, I explained that what they do is considered scam and theft, and food should not be mentioned in the bill since I did not order it, at the end a nice hostess tried to interfere but it was not enough to undo the damage, as the rest of the team has no skills to Handel customers. Royal Burger – der Name verpflichtet, die Qualität enttäuscht

Ich gehe seit der Eröffnung regelmäßig zu Royal Burger essen – in den letzten zwei Jahren war ich mindestens fünf Mal dort. Jedes Mal habe ich gehofft, dass es vielleicht nur ein schwacher Tag war. Leider wurde es mit jedem Besuch schlechter – und mein letzter Besuch war bisher der Tiefpunkt.

Positiv: Die Bedienung war freundlich, die Bestellung vollständig – das möchte ich ausdrücklich loben.

Aber das Essen selbst war ein Desaster:

– Der Chicken-Burger war trocken, dazu kam ein merkwürdiger Salat, der eher an Döner-Garnitur als an einen klassischen Burger erinnerte. – Der sogenannte „Royal Burger“ bestand aus zwei Fleisch-Frikadellen – und dazwischen tatsächlich Wurst. Keine Frische, keine Liebe zum Detail – einfach nur lieblos und trocken. – Die Pommes kamen mit einer undefinierbaren grünen Ummantelung, geschmacklich leider komplett daneben. – Bei den Getränken gab es kaum Auswahl, und obwohl ich zwei kleine Drinks bekam, war die Standardgröße nicht verfügbar.

Ich habe kein Problem damit, für gutes Essen auch mehr zu zahlen – aber dann muss es auch schmecken. Und das ist hier schon lange nicht mehr der Fall.

Was mich besonders enttäuscht: Der Name „Royal Burger“ verpflichtet. Gerade weil man den Namen Alzaitar-Brüder kennt – aus den Medien, dem Sport, und vor allem durch ihre Hilfsprojekte. Ich glaube fest daran, dass sie gute Absichten haben. Aber: Die Umsetzung vor Ort lässt massiv zu wünschen übrig.

Mein Eindruck: Die Probleme liegen nicht bei den Gründern – sondern bei einem Team, dem es offenbar an Ausbildung, Leidenschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein fehlt. Der Eindruck: schneller Umsatz statt echter Qualität.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing experience at Royal Burger

I’m really shocked by how bad this place has become. The food was terrible — it looked and tasted like it was already made before and just reheated. The seafood was disgusting, especially the crevettes, which were old and had a bad smell.

Even worse, there were insects on the seats! That’s completely unacceptable for any restaurant. We couldn’t even finish our meal because everything felt unhygienic and poorly handled.
