🌊 Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant.

The service was poor from the start. The coffee was brought out first, and after waiting 10 full minutes for the rest, it was completely cold by the time my croissants arrived.

The breakfast was incomplete – no soup, no dessert, and no explanation. The server dropped the items off without a word. When I finally asked about the rest of the breakfast, he simply said, “Oh there’s no more available.” No apology, no alternative offered.

A beautiful location by the river, but sadly not matched by the service or quality you'd expect. Wouldn’t recommend unless major improvements are made.

First at all overpriced for Morocco and even not a middle price! Secondly we was vomiting with my wife all night today because chicken was bad. We get food poisoning and spend three times more for medicine. And we sure 100% it after this place as we eat at 11 o’clock in the evening and from 10 o’clock in the morning we didn’t get any food till. Waiter was good but place doesn’t cost your time. We stay longer for one more night in Rabat to recover as can’t travel and loose a booking in Oualidia cost 134 euro, as we can’t go...

I visited this restaurant excited to watch a football game as promised by the staff. However, despite confirming they would show the game, they prioritized another customer's request over mine, even though I had been there first. It appears they favored the other customer, possibly because he purchased a more extensive meal than I did, leaving me disappointed and feeling undervalued. It's disappointing that they didn't treat all customers equally and failed to deliver on their promise....
