Our first impression at this not so esteemed establishment is that they confuse elegance with arrogance. For starters, the waiter started our dining experience by draping a filthy, damp, stained cloth on our table. The waiter did not even bother with proper nose en place (he just dropped a plateful of knives and forks, in the middle of the table), the dishes were dirty (we could see brownish stains and could even the grease on the rim of the plates). The bread was stale and chopped messily, and the staff we interacted with had quite the nasty attitude. The waiter refused to change the tablecloth, was quite rude to us (he commented on a friend’s choice to just order a drink), and on top of that, he had a passive aggressive demeanor (he did not bring us the bill and barely spoke to us). As for the manager, he has quite the inferiority complex with foreigners. Our table was of a similar size to that of the internationals and yet we were discriminated against. This was surprising given that actual high end restaurants that we’ve been to put our comfort first and were friendly. But then again, these are just wannabes, since the food and atmosphere are also lacking. Overall...

I was really disappointed with my visit. The service was slow and unorganized . we waited over 30 minutes just to get our order taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. When it finally did, it was cold and not what we ordered. The staff didn’t seem to care about fixing the mistake, and overall the atmosphere felt rushed and unwelcoming. Qualité de service pitoyable, une attente de presque une heure pour une salade à emporter. Puis lors d'un second passage, histoire de donner une deuxième chance à cet établissement d'apparence raffiné, la serveuse se trompe de parfum de glace, non pas une seule fois mais deux, et au lieu de ramener une coupe bien faite ou au moins s'excuser, elle est revenue avec la même coupe ou la glace avait fondu et oú seulement la boule "erronée" a été changé à deux reprises!!!!!! Sans parler de l'état de la coupe ou même la cuillère de plastique!!!!!! Cerise sur le gâteau, le manager ou je en sais qui vient me voir en me disant que c'est comme même la deuxième boule qu'ils gaspillent, genre je dois me contenter d'une commande qui ne correspond point à ce que j'ai demandé pour leur éviter du gaspille qui aurait été tout simplement évité si la serveuse aurait pris la peine de noter les commandes!!! Ma soeur qui m'accompagnait a même dû leur rendre sa coupe et la leur payer tellement elle n'avait rien de ce qu'elle a demandé et on avait marre des aller retour qui finissaient par rendre leurs glaces encore plus affreuses qu'ils le sont...
