my experience is based on 5 months as a regular guest, I didn't want to be interested in the lack of hygiene and the worst service you can ever have in a tourist place. I thought it was normal somehow when you look deep at the unprofessionalism of the staff and how they respond to whatever order or just a reception in such a rude way, [except two waiters Omar and Brahim] I wanted to focus on the beautiful part, the building itself, and enjoy relaxing moments with some beers. but when a waiter like [Arafa] decides to pour my beer in the ashtray cause I am asking him for a bit of water in the ashtray to prevent the ashes from flying into the air, when I ask why you do this!? his answer: it's just a beer! I asked this waiter another day, if possible to put on a specific song, and his answer was: put your earplugs and hear whatever you want! but he can put whatever he wants! I am confused about who is the guest here! Another day like always, taking away a bottle of beer before even finishing, and I put my hand on it, deciding to argue with him about why he has taken it ?! I asked him are you angry with me? his answer was by opening another bottle of beer for me without asking for it! nice marketing! [Soufian] another waiter I was surprised by his truly rude childish behavior toward me while having a very nice evening, I didn't want to send a reclamation to the owner but, the next time I went there the bodyguard at the door told me: there is something is said about you! so now please be nice! I asked him: can you tell me what? what wrong did I do? did I disturb anyone? am I not allowed in? he said: you are allowed!! but be nice, please. but my other questions have no answers!! Is this a provocation? [you can expect the waiter wanted to do it in reverse against me even though he ruin my evening and I was nice to him, and the owner wanted my money but they don't have a prouve against me, but someone is saying something ''Soufian''] Another point very important is the discrimination against Moroccan guests, they can't have a beer on the terrace! the prices are extremly not compatible for what are you ordering here, you can have much better food and service even in the most modest popular cafe or restaurent in the downtown and cheaper. i don't understand why there is some positive review! probably they are affiliated with this place. I know the owner by face and I am sure she had eyes to see what I am seeing too, I know this field has a lot of problems but a couple of old fishes make the whole box stinky. Good luck with the changes to the positive, i wanted badly to see a professional typical hotellerie establishment in my city, but i am fully disappointed to see such a beautiful riad in the...

I've been visiting Reducto for over 3 years. The place is beautifully decorated, has a fantastic view, and attracts several customers. Yet, now, I can say that I'm done with the discriminatory policy they are adopting. The 1st incident happened when I visited along with 2 of my girl friends and we picked a spot to sit in. The waiter came to us and said that we cannot sit there unless if we were to drink alcohol. Otherwise, we should sit in the terrasse which is usually too sunny or too windy. That was such a lame act but I went there again with my foreigner friend who wanted to drink alcohol on the night of a "Muslim Celebration". We were 3 and the moment we sat foot in the place we've been having glances from all the staff: the owner, the waiter, the receptionist, and the security. Once we sat and delivered our order which included a glass of alcohol for our friend the owner started exchanging glances with the waiter who came finally saying that we cannot have alcohol because we spoke Arabic. We have clarified that the alcohol was for our foreigner friend but since she was brownish with black hair that wasn't enough indicator for them. Even the other customers started staring at us out of the awkwardness of the situation. I cannot tolerate such discrimination based on color, race, religion, or any other factor. I'm done with this place, and the absurd treatment they have for the people of...

Having not visited this ryad in years, I was dismayed to find it had become a bastion of prejudice. Upon entering, we were rudely greeted with a demand to either order or leave, followed by a directive to consume alcohol or be shown the door. The staff's demeanor was appalling, marked by hostile stares and aggressive eye contact, as if serving us was a burden.
The treatment we received seemed to stem from being women “without male companions” a fact that apparently does not align with their preferred clientele. The overt favoritism towards male customers is glaring, presumably because they spend more on their hooks, which is sadly reflective of the place’s priority: money over respect and hospitality.
The place has a distinctly unwelcoming atmosphere, exacerbated by overpriced offerings and a lack of investment in quality, evident even in the appearance of their cheap-looking menus. The service is abysmal, and the prices are exorbitant for what can only be described as “subpar quality”.
I strongly advise against visiting this place, especially if you are a woman or a family. There are countless other places that offer far better experiences without the underlying tone of discrimination.
However, if you're curious about experiencing outdated and offensive attitudes reminiscent of the 1800s ⏳ , then by all means, give it a visit—you'll certainly leave...
