The cafe is beautifully located, overlooking feddan square. It's also nicely built in Andalusian style, so it's breezy and and the seating is chill and inviting - there is a garden in the back. For those who need a quiet space to study and work with laptops, it's perfect. There are a few power outlets. The service is also good and professional. My only complaint is the washroom, because I came across a few times to small children soiling the bathroom floors. It's not the cafe's fault but it happened quite a few times I visited and it really hinders the cafe's image and reputation. I was told the public sometimes uses their washrooms because of lack of public restroom options in the area but prompt cleaning should be implemented since this happens so often. Read moreThe service at this café this summer was completely unacceptable. I planned to stay for 1 hour and 30 minutes, but I waited a full hour for someone to take my order. This left me with only 30 minutes to actually use the café. When I politely went to the counter, the waiter in charge of my area was rude and unprofessional, telling me I should have waited instead of bothering him. The supervisor was even worse he was dismissive and unhelpful.
The food is poor, the service is terrible, and the only positive is the location in the city center. This café is only suitable if you need a place to study or work near the city center. For spending time with friends or family, there are far...
Read moreA Beautiful place with several spaces for each occasion. It is well equipped and suitable for all ages. There is a space for students, meetings, nonsmokers, football lovers besides a playground for kids and also a space for workshops and trainings. I love their food in general, but the service is quite slow. What I hate about the restaurant is how they use groups to get 30% extra benefits. Normally, when there's a group of people, most of stores tend to give reductions on the prices of products. On the opposite, Granada add 30% of the price to each product consumed. As a space is fantastic, but they still have to work on their services...
