Nice clean place. Great presentation of food. Excellent service and friendly staff. Fully non smoking.

As for the price, well, the same quality of service and twice as big with more room to move without bumping into people and without people ear dropping into your conversation, try 'Diamond Café'.

Diamond café is a 5 min taxi ride that has freshly baked pastries and desserts daily at a fraction of the price and better quality standards. Two big television sets and they serve great lite food and snacks.

Sorry to disappoint, but unfortunately I have had two very bad experiences with the stale desserts. I also can not believe that they can charge 15dh for a small take away coffee that has no lid that fits probably without you wearing the hot beverage everytime you take a sip.

Mind you, the cardboard cup is so thin that you can NOT hold the cup without you burning your hand. Eventually you must double cup it but then the lid flies off easily.

It doesn't cost much to replace your take away coffee cups guys. Also it is unacceptable to serve stale food to customers.

Try and spend a bit more and get quality cups so your customers won't burn themselves and won't curse you everytime they wear their coffee.

I'm sure it will be money well spent as a great investment for good repeat business.

The service is very slow and most of the servers are impolite to customers. Quality of the food is not good. Cocktails are not that great and do not certainly justify the high prices. Last time we've been there I noticed that there was a huge lack of cleanliness (tables, seats and floors were really dirty with food leftovers) and we were the first ones to go into the upper hall that day!! One thing that I will never forget is the worst crépe I have ever tasted, It was like eating plastic and it's price was insanely high for that quality and filling and toppings. I recently visited that terrible restaurant and was very disappointed with the service and overall experience. The waiters were impolite and unprofessional, showing little courtesy or willingness to assist. To make matters worse, we received the wrong orders, which added frustration to our visit.

Despite politely pointing out the mistakes, a waiter did not handle the situation well or offer a sincere apology. This level of service is unacceptable and significantly detracted from what should have been an enjoyable meal.
