Throughout my stay in Ponta do Ouro, I hadn’t come across a place with better coffee or better food. Tarragons is most definitely the place for breakfast, lunch and who would dare leave without trying the most miraculous cake in all of Ponta. The ideal place to take your kids, enjoy the best coffee you’ll get in Ponta and chill in one of the hammocks while everyone gets Henna tattoos. The pricey menu is definitely justified by the portion sizes as well as the quality of the food! If Tarragons was open a little later than five, I would probably have had all my mealtimes there.

Absolutely in love with Tarragon! I called it my happy place. I usually don’t go to the same place more than once but I was coming here for breakfast and lunch pretty much my whole stay (I wish they were open for dinner too). Food is just that good! Everything was so fresh and tasted delicious. You can literally pick anything on the menu and you’ll love it! I still dream of those crab rissois, samosas and catch of the day special, yum! A wonderful little breakfast/lunch bar that I highly recommend.

It's not the cheapest in the area but the value was good. Excellent coffee and generous portions.

I ordered the Jamie Oliver burger with an addition of bacon and it was insanely big!! It was amazing. My wife loved her avo on toast.

One tip... the burger was absolutely smothered in mayonnaise. I love mayo but this was too much and hence why it's not 5stars for me. Just ask them to lightly sauce your meal otherwise they will go nuts and put a lot on.

It's a small thing and doesn't alter my love for the place.
