Absurd experience! Never coming back.

I have been to this place quite a few times and never had such a bad experience until today. My mum and I stopped by the restaurant today after Tihar shopping to eat something. When we entered, we noticed a vacant table being cleaned by the waiter that could accommodate 4-6 people. Since there were no other open tables, we took a seat there.

However, after being seated for around 3/4 minutes, instead of taking our order, one of the staff members approached and asked us to move, saying the table was "reserved." This claim felt insincere, as the group they seated afterward admitted they had just arrived and hadn’t booked it and requested for our table as we were only two people (me and mum). The staff offered us an outdoor table as compensation, and asked us to stand in the meantime, making us feel rather conspicuous. Then, they suggested we share a table with other diners who were constantly staring at us—after leaving us waiting awkwardly for about five minutes.

Everything was fine until they served me this milk tea. It’s acceptable to use one tea bag with black tea, but they should inform their customers before taking their order that they make milk tea with just one tea bag. I never expected a restaurant to serve me milk tea made this way—just a tea bag and milk. I was very much Disappointed except that the food was very nice and reasonable. It was our most favorite restaurant in town! We have been there several times. I liked the restaurant and the kitchen. However, I had a problem with the waiters who messed up the orders.
