The backyard restaurant and bar — Restaurant in Dharan

The worse customer service I've ever witnessed. My friend got his chowmien within 5 minutes but unfortunately it took nearly 1:30 hrs to get mine. told them to cancel but they kept saying it's coming and coming. End of the meal, they charged us bottle of water extra which we didn't even have. It's not only us, the other table had the same problem and they were arguing over extra charge too. Food not bad.
